Membership Cancellation Form

  1. A cancellation is not effective until a Cancellation Request has been received.
  2. If your request is received between the 1st and 15th, your cancellation will be effective at the end of the current month (unless a later date is specified). If your request is received after the 15th, your cancellation will be effective at the end of the next month (unless a later date is specified). Notice MUST be received in time to stop your AutoPay deduction. Remember, dues are paid in advance (ex.- May 25 debit is for June dues).
  3. If your account is not in good standing, any balance will be due at the time of cancellation (this includes any unpaid initiation fee installments) or your AutoPay will remain active until a zero balance has been reached.
  4. Annual dues payers may be issued a refund for unused future months less a $10 processing fee if requested at the time of cancellation. Refunds cannot be issued for non-usage of the facility.
  5. To rejoin, former members pay $50 as long as a prior initiation fee has been paid in full.
