HIT (High Intensity Training) is a fee-based group personal training for NIFS members. Six one-hour sessions are held each week at different times of the day to satisfy any schedule. You may attend as many as you want.
HIT sessions are intense so come ready to sweat! The primary focus of HIT is short, intense bouts of exercise. HIT combines many modes of training to confuse the muscles and help you break through plateaus and boost your energy. Sessions will enhance muscular strength and definition while maximizing caloric expenditure. Come see if HIT is for you and take your fitness to the next level!

Cost
$55 for 30 days. Personal training is $55 an hour so you can see what a great deal this is (<$7 a session if you take 2 sessions per week - take more and it's even less)! Free trial sessions each month on the first Wednesday at 6:00 am and last Thursday at 6:00 pm.

Mondays - Noon-1 pm (Tony)

Wednesdays - 6-7 am (Josh) & Noon-1 pm (Mike)
Thursdays - 6-7 pm (Tony)
Fridays - 4:30-5:30 pm (Kris)
Saturdays - Noon-1pm (Sarah)
