Wednesday, February 17 Noon - 12:15 pm & 5:30 - 5:45 pm Meet at the Track Desk
This month's demo will be how to use the Dynamax Medicine Balls and how to incorporate them into your workout. These are over-sized medicine balls made with soft shells which absorb impact upon contact with the body, a wall, the ground or floor. Medicine ball work can complement traditional weight training. Since you train movements rather than body segments, weak areas can be exposed so you can train these areas for optimum performance.
