Registering for Health YOUniversity Programs
WellPoint associates can register for Health YOUniversity wellness programs online through the Motivation website. This page will outline the steps associates should take to register for health and wellness programs.
1. Visit the Motivation website by clicking this link or entering the following web address into your browser: http://nifs.motivation.cc
2. If you do not already have a login, create one by clicking the "Create One Now" link under Member Login on the right side of the page. Enter the appropriate information. Associates with an existing login can enter their user name and password to log on to the site.
3. Once you have logged onto the site, you can click on the "Calendar" link at the top of the page. This link will take you to the 2010 Health YOUniversity Programming Calendar.
4. The calendar is organized by month. In the "Category" dropdown box, select the month of interest.
5. You can opt to view the calendar in a weekly format, or you can choose to view a list of all classes offered that month by clicking the calendar icon below the "Category" dropdown box. The latter view will allow you to more quickly determine when, where, and how the program classes are offered.
6. To register for an offered program, click the desired class title link. Review the class information, making sure that this is the class day and time for which you intended to register. Then click the "Enroll in Class" link beside the class title to complete your registration. If the program you register for is offered via teleconference, please make note of the teleconference number and access code. If a class does not offer online registration, you will not be able to click the link, and instead will be given instructions on how to register for the program. Registrants will receive an email reminder and any necessary materials about the program a few days before the event, or will have access to the materials online. |
