TABATA IN THE PARK—Free and Open to the Public!

Want to get in shape for the summer in a fun and challenging way? Love to workout in the sunshine
and fresh air? Join us for Tabata in the Park! Open to the public, all levels welcome.

Starts May 2nd and lasts all summer!

Tuesdays and Thursdays from Noon to 12:30pm at the White River State Park (weather permitting). Look for the signs and listen for the music!

About Tabata:

  • Discovered by Japanese scientist Dr. Izumi Tabata
  • High-intensity interval training has more impact on both the aerobic and anaerobic systems
  • Great if you're short on time, want to switch up your routine, or improve endurance and speed
