Friday: 5:15 am - 9:00 pm
Saturday and Sunday: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm
Holiday Hours
The Fitness Center is closed on:

- Christmas
NIFS shortens its hours on the following days:
- Memorial Day
- Fourth of July
- Labor Day
- the day after Thanksgiving
- Christmas Eve
- New Year's Eve
- New Year's Day
