Our staff of presenters are degreed health/fitness professionals committed to enhancing the overall health and physical fitness of youth through interactive, informative, entertaining and age-appropriate presentations.

Presentations can be modified to fit any grade level and are 30 to 90 minutes in length. They can also be customized to meet your need.

Nutrition Topics:

Making Wise Food Choices

Statistics show that 84% of children eat excessive amounts of fat and the average teen drinks 65 gallons of soft drinks annually. This session will help students understand the link between nutrition and health and discover options for making wiser food choices.

Eating to Enhance Athletic Performance

This presentation focuses on specific nutritional needs of active and athletic students. Topics covered include performance benefits of proper nutrition, pre and post exercise nutrition, fluid intake and dietary supplements marked for sports performance. This session is led by a Registered Dietitian. This informative yet interactive presentation is ideal for sports teams and active students in grades 7 through 12.

Body Size Celebration

Body weight... does it matter? This age-relevant program examines the link between weight, body image and self-esteem. Discussion and activities will emphasize acceptance of natural variations in body shape and size. Positive self-esteem is fostered as unique body types are celebrated and health is emphasized over appearance.
