Athletic Performance Camps are offered several times throughout the year and focus on the development of overall athleticism including the improvement of speed, agility, movement/footwork and explosiveness.
Private or semi-private lessons include personal training for individuals interested in one-on-one private attention. Semi-private lessons are available for groups of four or less.
The Center for Athletic Performance seeks to help individuals of all ages and skill levels reach their full athletic potential. We strive to enhance all components important for successful athletic involvement.
