- Healthy Habits for Life
This eight-week lifestyle management program that teaches employees how to lead more active, healthier, happy lives. With a focus on weight loss, participants learn how to set appropriate and reasonable health goals, and get the facts straight on the latest nutrition, health, and fitness research. Lifestyle modification techniques are shared while participants learn easy steps to improve their health.
- Butt Out
In this five class tobacco control program, participants learn how to quit using tobacco, and receive the resources and support needed for success. Participants will also discover different cessation method options, the latest research on pharmaceutical cessation products, stress management techniques, and good nutrition and exercise habits to replace their tobacco use. Classes are facilitated by a supportive wellness professional, and participants will be encouraged by successful testimonials and group support during each of the five 30-45 minute classes.
