IT'S YOUR DAY AT NIFS
Where Every Body Fits In

The National Institute for Fitness and Sport (NIFS) will be celebrating their 20th Anniversary with “It’s Your Day at NIFS Where Every Body Fits In” on December 10, 2008 from 11 am until 7 pm. This FREE community event will be held in the NIFS 65,000 square foot Fitness Center.

Attendees can enjoy a variety of educational and healthy lifestyle resources, including: massage, wellness screenings, nutritional advice and fitness assessments.

Speakers are scheduled throughout the day to present on topics ranging from self defense to muscle activation technique therapy (MAT).

Over 20 industry representatives will be on hand for the event, including Clarian Sleep Center, IU Medical Group, FitCity and InShape Indiana. NIFS will also have booths offering information on various exercise systems, nutrition topics and screenings.

Prize drawings will be awarded and eco-friendly shopping bags will be provided to the first 500 people.

The National Institute for Fitness and Sports (NIFS) is located at 250 University Boulevard on the IUPUI campus. Complimentary parking will be made available to guests in NIFS gated lot. Directions and more information are available at www.nifs.org/celebration.
