- Diabetes Prevention Program — This is a NIH-funded research study for the prevention of Type 2 diabetes.
- Indiana University Medical Group — IU Medical Group and the National Institute for Fitness and Sport (NIFS), two names you know and trust, have become partners for better health. IU Medical Group at NIFS combines physical fitness, onsite physician care and prevention programs to offer you a complete package of health and wellness services.
- IUPUI Athletics — Athletes of this NCAA Division I program receive strength and conditoning training at NIFS delivered by the NIFS Athletic Performance staff.
- White River State Park — NIFS is located in White River State Park. The Park sits in the heart of downtown and is Indiana‘s first urban state park. NIFS is a tour stop for media, government officials and convention groups visiting White River State Park. NIFS participates in a cooperative campaign to promote the park as a tourist attraction.
