Whether it is the scenic view of the White River, our location in beautiful White River State Park or the expansive 117,000-square-foot facility, NIFS is a unique meeting venue. Several areas of our facility are available for various business or sporting functions. Capacity may vary, depending on seating arrangements, equipment or activity.

Agreement
The National Institute for Fitness and Sport (NIFS) requires that you sign an agreement before your scheduled event. The agreement will outline your fees and a payment schedule.
Catering
All catering arrangements are the responsibility of the renting party. Your caterer must provide NIFS with proof of insurance and indemnification.
A/V Equipment
Audio/visual equipment is available on a first-come, first-served basis. The following audio/visual equipment may be reserved for your use with any facility rental:
- Loud speaker system
- Dry erase marker board with markers
- Easel
- Overhead projector
- Slide projector
- VCR and monitor
- Auditorium equipment (includes use of handheld microphone and projection screen)
- LCD projector/Laptop (additional fee)
