Programming

  • Incentive Programs
These turnkey programs can be offered at your fitness center to help generate enthusiasm and improve participation among your residents. Learn about our most popular programs.
  • Exercise Prescriptions and Personal Training
Staff consult with the fitness center member to create an exercise program, which can be monitored, revisited, and changed at reasonable intervals. The staff can also provide informal advice/consultation about exercise programs, general wellness and nutrition. If residents desire greater accountability and more individual attention, personal training can become part of your fitness program.
  • Senior Fitness Assessments
Senior Fitness Assessments (SFA) test various components of fitness using age and ability appropriate protocols. Results from an SFA are then used to design individualized exercise programs. SFAs are an important tool for assessing resident independence and can be a great way to demonstrate fitness improvement over time.
  • Onsite Health Fairs and Screenings
From start to finish, we coordinate an exciting and contemporary health fair that is both educational and interactive for your residents. Health screenings can be performed by our staff at your health fair or as a stand-alone program.
