Pilates Descriptions:
Mat Pilates This class emphasizes the mind-body connection while enhancing and improving posture, muscular balance, strength and flexibility. With most exercises performed on the mat, this exercise system is challenging both mentally and physically and works the entire body through focusing on ”core” muscles. Meet in the group fitness studio (Thursday noon class meets on the auxiliary court). (50 min)
Group Reformer Training($) Taught on the Reformer, equipment originally designed by Joseph Pilates, this low-impact exercise will increase your strength, improve alignment and posture, increase flexibility and synchronize the mind and body no matter what your fitness level.
