Meet with a Bold Moves Trainer for a one-on-one session to receive a customized exercise plan unique to your goals and interests. You’ll learn how to use the fitness equipment and gain confidence from the staff expertise guiding your form and exercise program.
Prefer the group setting?
NIFS Bold Moves classes meet throughout the week to accommodate schedules and create a sense of community for participants. Train with other Parkinson’s warriors in NIFS fitness studio or on our boxing rigs. Classes focus on balance, strength, power, flexibility and aerobic endurance with expertly crafted formats unique to the training needs and symptom management of people with Parkinson’s. Our Bold Moves Instructors can cater to varying ability levels so whether you are feeling motivated and strong one day to tight and a little drowsy the next, take the bold step to always show up!
