# IU Indianapolis Students Welcome to NIFS!

Students have access to NIFS Fitness Center with the Campus Recreation membership. The Campus Recreation membership must be purchased through IU Indianapolis. See below for full details.

### How to Activate Your NIFS Membership

- **IU Indianapolis Students:** Once you have purchased your IU Indianapolis Campus Recreation Membership you must meet with NIFS membership services to activate your account.
  
  **Membership Hours:**  
  **Monday-Thursday: 8a-7p**  
  **Friday: 8a-6p**  
  **Saturday: 10a-3p**  
  **No hours on Sundays**
  
  Please note there is no parking pass included with your NIFS membership**.**

### Unlimited Group Fitness Classes

- 70+ [Group Fitness Classes](https://www.nifs.org/fitness-center/group-fitness/) weekly including Zumba®, Boot Camp, BOSU, Yoga, Cycle, and much more!

Free, unlimited personal fitness assessments and workout programming with NIFS trainers. Your personal program can he updated as often as you want for **no additional fee for Members**!

- Annual [BOD POD®](https://www.nifs.org/fitness-center/fitness-assessments/bodpod) Body Composition Testing included in membership
- Annual [NIFS 3D](https://www.nifs.org/fitness-center/fitness-assessments/3dbodyscan) scan. This scan is a great way to know your starting measurements and track your progress.
