Ramp Up to Weight Loss program includes:

  • Cutting Edge Fitness Assessments— assessing where you are and where you want to go is key to setting up an effective program. Assessments include BOD POD®, Functional Movement Screening (FMS), Heart Rate and Blood Pressure measurements.

  • Personalized workouts and programmingtwo 30-minute one-on-one training sessions each week with your personal trainer. Additional coaching sessions help you track accomplishments and make program changes.

  • Nutrition tracking using My Nutrition Coachthis app not only helps you track what you eat each day but gives you daily feedback from a registered dietitian on ways you can improve your diet.
