NIFS Fitness Center Rules and Regulations

The following Fitness Center rules have been established to ensure your enjoyment and safety when using the facility. We expect our members and guests to behave maturely, responsibly, and respectfully and therefore insist on your cooperation in observing these rules. We will not tolerate conduct or language that is improper, threatening, or hazardous including but not limited to arguing, fighting, use of profanity, indecent behavior, or inappropriate sexual activity. For the safety of others, we may perform a search for your name on the Indiana Sex and Violent Offender Directory or another similar list or registry. If you are found in this registry, your membership will be revoked immediately. The failure of NIFS to search the registry, to find a listing, or to revoke the membership of a listed individual will not give rise to any responsibility or liability with respect to NIFS. Although NIFS will take reasonable steps to make its property safe, NIFS cannot protect its members from the improper conduct of other members, guests, or visitors. We reserve the right to deny guest privileges, suspend or even terminate a membership for failure to comply with these rules and regulations or for any other reason.
