All exercise equipment has been spaced 10-12 feet apart for greater social distancing during exercise. We currently have adjusted fitness center hours of Monday-Friday 5a-8p; Saturday and Sunday 7a-5p.
NIFS staff is committed to helping you stay fit and be active at NIFS or at home. We are here to support your well-being with classes at NIFS (being held outside), online classes, nutrition tips, recipes and information, and much more!
NIFS is providing heightened levels of cleaning and disinfecting protocols, limiting capacity throughout the facility and enforcing a safe environment for everyone.

I love NIFS because of their program diversity. There are several programs offered and there's various times that they're offered. The staff is so welcoming and I've had so much support from my trainers and friends. You can do personal, group or individual classes, and there's always some personal/group challenge going on. It's the best gym in Indy in my opinion!
