Now in our 30th year of training, we'll help you cross the finish line! Our 14-week program provides an in-depth, personalized and interactive training approach. Developed by exercise physiologists, fitness specialists and registered dietitians, this comprehensive program will optimize your performance in any race event.
Want to perform better or to lose weight? We offer testing and screening options which can provide you with valuable information about your body and help identify barriers which could impede your progress.
I love NIFS because of their program diversity. There are several programs offered and there's various times that they're offered. The staff is so welcoming and I've had so much support from my trainers and friends. You can do personal, group or individual classes, and there's always some personal/group challenge going on. It's the best gym in Indy in my opinion!
