CURRENT PROGRAMS

Early Movers 3's and 4's
Choose from two different field trips developmentally appropriate for active preschoolers. Each field trip is designed to allow children the opportunity to learn about their bodies and to see how their bodies can move. Moving and playing is so much fun and can lead to healthy lifestyle choices in the future. Come join the fun!

  1. ROMP AND MOVE—Children will enjoy supervised free play at three different activity centers that will be set up upon arrival. Each center will be overseen by a Youth Development Mentor. Since the safety of the children is our top priority, all visiting adults will need to assist in the supervision of the children at all times. The activity centers are: agility course, obstacle course, and scooters. This trip encourages unstructured free play. Length of field trip: 60 minutes, 20 children maximum; Cost: $50

  2. SMART HEARTS AND OTHER BODY PARTS—A 15-minute circle time will start the fun by giving the children an opportunity to learn about their hearts (Where is it? What does it do?) and review some basic body parts (arms, legs, feet, hands, shoulders, etc) through song. A trip to the fitness center will follow to introduce four fun activities which will encourage the moving of these body parts. This field trip includes a circle time plus structured activities in the fitness center. Length of field trip: 90-minutes, 20 children maximum; Cost: $90
