Ramp Up to Weight Loss program includes:

  • Cutting Edge Fitness Assessments— Assessing where you are and where you want to go is key to setting up an effective program. Assessments include BOD POD®, Functional Movement Screening (FMS), Heart Rate and Blood Pressure measurements.

  • Personalized workouts and programmingTwo 30-minute, one-on-one training sessions each week with your personal trainer. Additional coaching sessions help you track accomplishments and make program changes.

  • Personal Nutrition Coaching (PNC) Three one-on-one PNC consultations where you discuss your health and nutrition goals with a NIFS Registered Dietitian. Includes individualized meal planning with nutrition literature and handouts geared specifically for you.
