NIFS Athletic Performance seeks to help individuals of all ages and skill levels reach their full athletic potential. We strive to enhance all components important for successful athletic development.
Training is offered throughout the year and focuses on the development of overall athleticism including the improvement of speed, agility, movement/footwork, and explosiveness.

Michael Blume, MS, SCCC

You supply the desire and commitment - I supply the methods, means and motivation. My role as your personal trainer is to help remove the overwhelming aspects of a fitness regimen so that it becomes an approachable and attainable undertaking.

Exercise is a highly individualized activity that needs to be altered in order to fit your goals, needs and enjoyment. Improvements can be made with proper structure and it's never too late to start!

I think goals no matter how big or small should never be easy. They should force you to work extremely hard and develop new habits. When you can step out of your comfort zone and be uncomfortable, you get to see what you’re made of and who you truly are. My goal is always to guide you along the way no matter how big or small your goals are using proven methods that work.
