Our certified trainers will combine optimal intensity workouts, that are movement-based, with the motivation and encouragement you need to be successful. NIFS Personal Trainers are degreed and certified through one or more nationally recognized organizations.

Training

Take your fitness plan to a whole new level. Personal Training in a team environment supplies support and motivation you need to push yourself out of your comfort zone. 

  • Training with 4-8 team members
  • Personalized workouts developed by your trainer specifically for you
  • Work with your trainer to gain knowledge and guidance critical to your success

Boot Camp

Aqua Boot Camp uses natural resistance of water to build strength and fire up your core. Expect to sweat, splash, and feel stronger every class.
  • 6-7a at the Natatorium*
  • Fast-paced interval circuits
  • Improve mobility without the heavy impact on joints
6 Summer Sessions
June 9 and 23
July 9 and 14
August 13 and 27

 

*Natatorium fee not included in pricing. 
Unused sessions can roll over to future session of Aqua Boot Camp, or attributed to Small Group Training.
