Are you training for your first or fifth triathlon? Want to improve in one or all areas of your performance? Then our women's-only, triathlon training program is for you! This 10-week training program is for the Go Girl Triathlon at Eagle Creek Park on August 22nd, but you can use the training for any sprint triathlon you plan to do this summer!
