Wag n' Walk

In honor of NIFS 30th year anniversary we're having our 1st dog walk! Bring your canine best friend and join us for a barking good time. Proceeds will go to Paws & Think, Inc. a nonprofit organization that trains therapy dogs. Let's all get fit together and socialize as we walk 1.5 miles in White River State Park. Come join us and let's get those tails wagging!

NIFS Fall Half and Full Marathon Training Program prepares you for the Monumental Marathon in November  2018 by providing you with a 16-week training program and weekly long runs with a training coach.

NIFS Powerlifting Competition

Competition begins at 9:00a

Weigh-in 7-8am,
Mandatory rules meeting 8-8:45am

 

Join us for our annual Powerlifting Competition at NIFS fitness center in downtown Indy! This competition is a great event for first time competitors to seasoned veterans of lifting. This is a non-sanctioned event. Competition will be divided by weight class for both men and women.
